Consorzio Torino Time (CTT) coordinates the activity of IRGAL ATS (Associazione Temporanea di Scopo) and is also prime contractor of the PTF versus ESA – Thales Alenia Space France.
CTT acts as the ATS mandatory subject and is IRGAL project leader.
